Our trip through Vegas was not the usual, hit the tables and gamble all day and night. There is so much more then that there. Of course we gambled! But we actually got out and saw the sights of Nevada.
We took a helicopter ride by the Hoover Dam, the desert and into the Grand Canyon. We were able to land just above the water and have lunch. Can you believe we had chip monks join us all the way down there! The Grand Canyon and the desert sands were so spectacular to see. The color of sand ranged from lime green to red and every shade of orange you could imagine. The “Bird’s Eye View” is the only way to see it!
Another day we rented a exocit car that was a convertible. We were so lucky, it was such a beautiful day. We played Speed Car Racer on the desert roads. It was a hoot!
One of my favorite things about Vegas are the fountains at the Bellagio. There is something that happens to me when I see and hear the music. It gets me all excited like a little girl that cant wait for the next show to start.
We stayed at the Bellagio so I shared some of the new and old decor for those that have not been there before.
Brad Garrett’s Comic Club was a incredibly fun evening. Brad was suppose to be there and he canceled at the last minute. But his replacement was outstanding. We were in the front row and got picked on all night. Isn’t that is what it’s all about?
Then there is the Las Vegas Strip for people watching! So much to do if you don’t want to gamble.
